Terms & Conditions

1. Exchange of merchandise(s) will only be accepted upon presentation of the valid receipt.

2. Exchange will only be accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, and merchandise(s) can only be exchanged once.

3. No exchange will be accepted on altered, damaged and used merchandise(s). PRO CAM-FIS reserves the right to determine the conditions of merchandise(s).

4. No exchange will be accepted on any books, magazines, health & skin care products, discounted items or goods purchased during sale period.

5. No cash refund for all items.

6. PRO CAM-FIS reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of The Company shall be final.
